Not only was Judge Teresa Stokes linked to a for-profit treatment facility that houses homeless men in #Michigan she was also linked to a similar for profit treatment facility in Charlotte #NorthCarolina where this incident took place. It is likely her businesses were profiting from the release of dangerous violent criminals that she as a judge, released herself.
