I guess you mean make a new hash tag page.
When you are typing your comment just put a hash symbol in front of any word or string of words (without spaces) and it becomes a hash tag and creates a new page that other users can comment on.

Be sure to put at least 1 space BEFORE and also AFTER the hash tag you create.
Note that hash tags are case sensitive, so if you spelled it with a capital letter, you always need to spell it that way, or it will create a new hash tag page with the alternate spelling.

This is indeed a pivotal point when it comes to a showdown between state's rights and a Federal Government that has been derelict in it's duties to protect the people of the United States against an invasion of military age men pouring across our border.
