Woman Charged After Calling a NIGLET a NIGGER

I believe my #FreeSpeech rights as a WHITE man have been violated. NIGGERS can say NIGGER all day long, but if a WHITE person says it, we can be charged criminally, like this case of #NegroFatigue in #Minnesota

@cali I wouldn't worry too much about the health of #FreeSpeech in #America when stuff like this video happens.

I think that case in #Minnesota against Shiloh Hendrix isn't necessarily a "slam dunk" for the prosecution, but this sort of case definitely needs to go to #SCOTUS just to clarify what we already know about Free Speech and to officially reiterate that America DOES NOT RECOGNIZE "HATE SPEECH" as an exception to the freedom of speech guaranteed to #WeThePeople under the to 1st amendment to the US constitution
