Just, be factual, no Ad hominem attacks, no bullshit, and cite references for any critical or controversial points in your argument. It doesn't need to be "court room grade" evidence, it just has to be reasonably accurate and in good faith; that is: if you want people to listen to what you have to say and give you some sort of credibility.
