You know... #WeThePeople do need food safety and a regulatory agency of some type to protect the food supply and make sure that people don't get sick from unscrupulous or negligent operators, but the #USDA Food Inspection Service has a lot of issues they need to solve.

Having an all powerful, overbearing, inflexible bureaucracy is no guarantee of food safety.
Meat and other food produce that has been fully USDA inspected, has been the cause of major food-born disease outbreaks in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.
Meanwhile small farmers with good food handling practices are being shut down for not complying with regulations that are not only ineffective, but introduced through the lobbying of large food producers, with the intention of eliminating the competition posed by the small farmer.

This is by design, because people who are fat and unhealthy are dependent on the government and other entities. If you have your health, you everything, including more of your independence. The problem here seems to be conflicts of interest. The people who head the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Work for, or plan to work for large #WallStreet trade food companies in the future. So they want to shut down the competition; again this is big #Globalist business interests against small Independent Business interests.

Just more information and scientific research that shows that the typical #American diet is making people Sick AND Stupid.

They told this fellow that not only couldn't he sell or give away the meat he produced and processed on his own farm, he can't even feed his own family with it, then sent government thugs to his farm with a U-haul truck and seized all the meat in his freezer and took it to the dump, and didn't pay him a dime for it. Then they charged him criminally.
Sounds like another case of the government wanting total control. Where have we heard that lately???
