This has puzzled me, as I am trying really hard to understand the Nigger mind.
I came across this video that explains why Africans don't have a native word for "Maintenance", it's because they have an entirely different concept of time.
For the African, the future is not considered real, only the past and present. Time only exists if people are doing something.
So to the Nigger, if a machine is working today and there is no real future, then there is no need to do maintenance. Similarly, a Nigger sitting under tree being lazy, is in fact; how the Nigger "saves time" by not doing anything.
It is truly fascinating how different the Nigger is from us.

There is no reason for any White person to pay Federal Taxes anymore. The United States government is officially #AntiWhite and prioritizes us Whites last, if at all when dishing out help during a disaster.
The federal government should be dissolved and disbanded, and the states should govern themselves.
