Look at section 11:
"SEC. 11. PENALTIES.
(a) U A.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for a person to violate, attempt to violate,
conspire to violate, or cause a violation of any regulation, order, direction, mitigation
measure, prohibition, or other authorization or directive issued under this Act, including
any of the unlawful acts described in paragraph (2)."
So...
Theoretically if someone in some other country downloads a TikTok video in their country, where accessing TikTok is not illegal on this proposed legislation, and then uploads it here to twpter.com we could be held liable for violation of this law, because the user (in the government's opinion) used our social media platform to evade the prohibition on info coming from TikTok
Also, what about tracking code snippets? How can the government track where all that meta data is going and who has access to it offline?

I read that bill, and from what I can see, this pretty much only affects internet services provided by companies from specific adversary countries of the United States.

Now I'm no biologist, so I can't tell you if eggs can cure anything except being hungry, but considering how much influence people like #BillGates #KlausSchwab and the rest of that crowd at #BlackRock , #Vanguard and the #WEF have in all parts of the business & finance sector, I don't think this sort of bugaboo is outside of their Bailiwick.

Folks, I think there may be some truth to this, or at least a nutritional deficiency from a missing ingredient or two, maybe it was a bad batch of chicken feed coming from Tractor Supply Co, or maybe it was something more sinister.
Seems that folks who let their chickens free range had much better success with egg laying. Incidentally there are stories circulating on the internet about the Feds clamping down on free range chicken farmers and in some cases making them destroy their flocks, claiming that free range chickens may be contaminated with bird flu.

I think this fellow has a pretty good plan to reduce #Texas property taxes.
a quality #Education is certainly important for the young'uns but having ever increasing property taxes, when Texas' property taxes are already among the highest in the nation, is making it real difficult for people to keep their homes here.
I find it hard to justify such large increases in yearly expenditures for Texas public schools, especially when you have " #Woke " teachers finding so much time to indoctrinate children about #CRT and #LGBT "Gender Studies" instead of focusing on fundamentals: Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Spelling and Science

I can't see how tossing out #Science and telling kids to be in touch with their emotions when it comes to things that have hard, logic based answers.
No Sir, nothing good will come from this in the long run. Sounds like the state of Washington wants to school up a bunch of pansies that follow their feelings instead of thinking and relying on hard facts.
Technical knowledge needs to be tempered with humanity and respect for a higher power, but teaching kids to rely on their emotions will not end well.

hey @tex I think the article you shared about the federal government imploding from all of the corruption is true.
The government has BILLIONS of dollars to send to Ukraine but they can't even get the #FDA to ensure the safety of BABY LOTION !!!, while they were mandating kids get a #COVID #VACCINE known to cause heart problems in children.

Every action taken on the federal level lately does nothing to benefit us, and in fact harms us, and creates more problems, including the boondoggle in #Ukraine which seems to be one big laundromat for campaign cash.
It makes no difference who is in the #Whitehouse , or in the #Congress or senate. Look to your state level government, it seems we have more actual representation there.

People around the world, and also in #Texas had quite a few adverse reactions from the #COVID #VACCINE that #Fauci , #BigPharma and the whole government and their lapdog #MainstreamMedia were pushing.
Some people even lost their lives because of this experimental #vaccine .
People were refused necessary surgery and medical care if they refused the #jab which was shown to be both INEFFECTIVE and DANGEROUS
People are now reluctant to trust so called " #Healthcare professionals " because these "professionals" showed how easily they were manipulated by an out of control government, to compel people to take these dangerous vaccines.
To be fair; none of these doctors or nurses wanted to speak up about the vaccines for fear of losing their licenses, but the damage has been done to the public trust; the medical establishment has been shown to be just as corruptible as every other institution in this nation.

People, we sure could use a Convention of the states about now. The United States Federal government and it's overbearing laws and political administration of law enforcement, has become a burden of corruption and taxation for which #WeThePeople derive little or no benefit from.
If the individual states could organize this badly needed Convention of the States, we could take back control of our government from the corrupt bureaucrats the lobbyists and their foreign interests, who misuse our tax dollars and make laws that primarily benefit #Multinational corporations and #Globalist organizations.

I happen to be optimistic about Texas and America.
I'm sure things will work out just fine when America's factories open back up and start producing the things that fill the shelves of Walmart and the warehouses of Amazon, and I'm sure those things America makes will even find their way overseas and shrink our trade deficits to almost nothing.

If you are paying for a service (any service), as opposed to just using a free service; you have much greater legal standing when the service provider does not honor the terms of the agreement, or tries to "monkey" with it.
Remember: Free e-mail is free for a reason.
Free e-mail used to provide anonymity, but that's not even true anymore, Google / gmail requires you to link a mobile phone to your gmail account, as do the other major free e-mail providers.
We are going to see a lot more online censorship in the coming months and years, as the #SiliconValleyElite try to maintain their monopoly of online speech.
Already confirmed by multiple sources: the US government is planning on "fact checking" people's private text messages for what the government deems as "misinformation"/

We also cleaned up the styling and test data on the comment / picture submitted page, and re coded the return button to go back 2 pages after submitting a picture, avoiding the error page regarding re-submitting the form.
Users trying to upload pictures should have a lot easier time of it now.

As of 5/12/2021 picture uploads are functional, but still in test mode.
It is a 3 step process, but first you need to be logged on.
Locate and click the Upload picture button.
