I have to agree... It is pretty scary when a sitting Attorney General starts spouting off about "Hate Speech", something that is NOT recognized by the US Constitution, and seems like a way to introduce #Censorship on #Americans . Keep an eye on Pam Bondi, even though she backpedaled on this pretty quickly, the fact that she tried to slip that notion of "Hate Speech" into legitimacy here indicates a dangerous proclivity towards dictatorship.

I think that case in #Minnesota against Shiloh Hendrix isn't necessarily a "slam dunk" for the prosecution, but this sort of case definitely needs to go to #SCOTUS just to clarify what we already know about Free Speech and to officially reiterate that America DOES NOT RECOGNIZE "HATE SPEECH" as an exception to the freedom of speech guaranteed to #WeThePeople under the to 1st amendment to the US constitution

People who say that the constitution is a "threat to democracy" are just petty tyrants who really want a dictatorship that they control and hold all positions of power in.
The US constitution has checks and balances written into it to protect us against mob rule, and to decentralize government to allow for state's rights, so no one majority has control over all people in the country; basically put, if you don't like the way one state is governed, you can move to another that suits your political preference.
