Having an all powerful, overbearing, inflexible bureaucracy is no guarantee of food safety.

Meanwhile small farmers with good food handling practices are being shut down for not complying with regulations that are not only ineffective, but introduced through the lobbying of large food producers, with the intention of eliminating the competition posed by the small farmer.

They told this fellow that not only couldn't he sell or give away the meat he produced and processed on his own farm, he can't even feed his own family with it, then sent government thugs to his farm with a U-haul truck and seized all the meat in his freezer and took it to the dump, and didn't pay him a dime for it. It is obvious that there is no such thing as illegal #immigration anymore in the United States.
We are being overrun by Mexicans and other border jumpers, and the United States government, is not only allowing these people to come in the country, but fighting to prevent state governments like Texas from stopping these people.

When the focus of law enforcement and the judicial system strays from the fundamental crimes against people and property, what you really end up with is Racketeering and Extortion under color of law. Essentially the government becomes a Mafia / organized crime syndicate.
Everybody can agree that Murder, Rape, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Arson and Grand Theft are fundamental crimes against people and property, and that prosecution of these crimes are in the best interest in maintaining law and order, and civilization as a whole.
However, when you start gravitating to enforcement of stuff like
#CivilAssetForfeiture and the state skimming child support payments to pad the retirement of judges, and judges getting kickbacks from the owners of private prisons; the benefits to society are pretty hard to prove.

It's high time someone called out these #Woke mentally ill trans = #LGBT folks for what they really are.

Theoretically if someone in some other country downloads a TikTok video in their country, where accessing TikTok is not illegal on this proposed legislation, and then uploads it here to twpter.com we could be held liable for violation of this law, because the user (in the government's opinion) used our social media platform to evade the prohibition on info coming from TikTok

Folks, I think there may be some truth to this, or at least a nutritional deficiency from a missing ingredient or two, maybe it was a bad batch of chicken feed coming from Tractor Supply Co, or maybe it was something more sinister.
Seems that folks who let their chickens free range had much better success with egg laying. Incidentally there are stories circulating on the internet about the Feds clamping down on free range chicken farmers and in some cases making them destroy their flocks, claiming that free range chickens may be contaminated with bird flu.

a quality #Education is certainly important for the young'uns but having ever increasing property taxes, when Texas' property taxes are already among the highest in the nation, is making it real difficult for people to keep their homes here.

People, we sure could use a Convention of the states about now. The United States Federal government and it's overbearing laws and political administration of law enforcement, has become a burden of corruption and taxation for which #WeThePeople derive little or no benefit from.

Is the speaker being cut off because the contents of the book are offensive and considered vulgar, or is it because the school board does not want the public and the parents of the children in their district to know just what kind of depraved books they have in the school's library?

If you are paying for a service (any service), as opposed to just using a free service; you have much greater legal standing when the service provider does not honor the terms of the agreement, or tries to "monkey" with it.
Remember: Free e-mail is free for a reason.
Free e-mail used to provide anonymity, but that's not even true anymore, Google / gmail requires you to link a mobile phone to your gmail account, as do the other major free e-mail providers.
We are going to see a lot more online censorship in the coming months and years, as the #SiliconValleyElite try to maintain their monopoly of online speech.

It's amazing how fast people can change their mind on issues like #immigration when it affects them in their town.
Seems like it's all well & good when #Texas has to deal with thousands of ILLEGAL ALIENS when they swim across the Rio Grande, but if just a few hundred of those same Illegals get bussed to #Chicago , #NewYork or some other "Sanctuary City", people there are madder than wet hens and want something done about it.
