Well that makes sense. Why would you cook #Food on a plastic surface? Everybody knows that plastic gives off toxic fumes when you heat it up. Cast Iron can be just as non-stick as anything else if you season the pan first with peanut oil. Stainless steel, glass and ceramic cookware aren't that much harder to clean.
If a recipe calls for a non-stick pan, either substitute the pan, or ditch the recipe, its just not worth the risk of sucking up all those toxic chemicals from Teflon, Silicon and other non-stick coatings. 🍽️🍳⚗️🧪🤢🤮

Who would have known... Popcorn is a healthy snack for kids, but microwave popcorn is not because of the toxic chemicals used to make the bag you cook it in.
